Sure one can book online, but I doubt the experience can be duplicated.

By David R | Trip to Hawaii

In today's age of booking trip online with no human contact, one might ask who needs a travel agent?

We have booked 20 trips with Fran over the 20 years we've known her. She makes complicated trips seem easy. From booking an African Safari, where our luggage got lost in transit, and she spent hours locating it in time for going into the bush (one can't go shopping in the middle of nowhere for the type of clothing needed for safari). To
coordinating a trip that included Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Las Vegas in the same 30 day trip. Her expertise, compassion, knowledge, and patience shined. We've been to the Canadian Rockies, all through Western and Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Australia, and the US on trips she planned for us.

We've just returned from Hawaii celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Fran booked the air, got us a deal on first class air, inter-island flights, picked 3 outstanding hotels on 3 different islands (making sure each hotel knew it was our anniversary), and arranged for various tours & car rentals. There was champagne waiting at each hotel.

Sure one can book online, but I doubt the coordinating, experience, and caring could be duplicated.
If you're looking for an expert in the travel industry, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Fran.
